Our first English oak trees have arrived and we will soon be planting on our partners' land (coronavirus lockdown permitting).
We've purchased just under 100 oak saplings. Which should each absorb as much as 2-3 tonnes of carbon in their life span. That's 200-300 tonnes in total.
Our first saplings will likely be planted on partners' land. Although we hope to secure our first site before the main planting season starts in November.
By continuing to build our donor base, we'll be able to secure more land, plant more trees and offset more carbon.
Thank you to everyone for your support.
